Training

We are offering training for our pups that are produced by us ONLY at this time. This is starting out at $500 a week. To break this down this is $45 a day (7 days) in boarding fees which include basic care as well as your food. Then $37 for an hour and a half training session per day, 5 days a week. For this your dog will have basic introduction to multiple surfaces, crate training, desensitized to someone reaching in and around their food bowls, interaction with different animals/livestock and people who come into our home. They will also be taught basic manners such as: Sit, Stay, Come. Exposure to a leash and collar and beginning basics and comfortability to walk on a leash and collar around our home will also be included. This has an opportunity to build week by week as a puppy has begun developing and understanding more as a puppy cannot fully comprehend things until the 16 week mark these are all introductions. It is the new owners responsibility to pay us for the vaccine of their puppy or any vaccines that would be preferred to be administered by our vet considering we self administer. This option to train is due by the 7 week mark in your puppies life and must be paid for the first week of training by then. A minimum of 4 weeks of training is required. Training is then due on a week by week process unless otherwise discussed. Any outstanding balances must be paid for in full before any puppy is relinquished to go home. If an outstanding balance is not paid by day 14 all money (puppy will be paid for in full previous to training) and any money put towards training will be forfeited and your pet is no longer yours and Gunpowder & Lead reserves the right to resell this puppy. Unless other payment arrangements have been approved of and signed by both parties in said training contract.
